amenities like slippers are missing in 1 room. hairdryer is missing in 2 rooms. When I called housekeeping to send hairdryer, they took 30mins and still did not arrive. I kept calling & they keep saying they're coming, but actually they cannot find any hairdryer. eventually I nearly late for my flight.

Stayed at Oakwood Suites La Maison Jakarta and overall had a pretty good time. The location was convenient for our purposes of visit and it felt comfortable enough for our stay. The service and amenities were particularly strong. On the flip side, we did spot a few cockroaches and some bugs — so it could’ve been a bit cleaner. But all in all, a decent stay.
